After a Fort Bend grand jury indicted a woman on February 6, she was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies for the alleged theft of $30,000 to $150,000 in COVID-19 relief and Federal Emergency Management Agency disaster funds — according to news release from the office of District Attorney Brian Middleton. 32 year old Robin Laschae Williams is currently free on $5,000 dollar bond and has a court date set for March 29th in District Court. Theft in this case is a second-degree felony with a punishment of 2 to 20 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000 bucks
