Last Thursday, the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office deputies received a report about a road rage incident involving a child who got injured by a gunshot. 25 year old Gendri Aguillon, the child’s father allegedly told the authorities that his 4-year-old son was shot in a road rage on a freeway in Houston. While investigating, detectives discovered that the child had been actually injured at his grandmother’s home. A witness stated that the child sustained his injury in Katy, where the child’s mother and father live. Aguillon was booked into jail on charges of injury to a child and making a false report.
