A man in Bay City ended up in jail after attempting to evade arrest. Officer Blademir Viveros spotted Deandre Sardinea, who had outstanding warrants, while having lunch. Sardinea tried to run away but was caught and arrested. He faced six warrants, including fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, forgery, and credit card abuse. His attempt to flee resulted in an additional charge of evading arrest/detention. He remains in jail with bail set at $56,000 on seven charges.
