Bay City Police conducted a pair of arrests last week that began with active warrants but ended up with the suspects being nabbed with illegal narcotics that are off city streets as well. In separate cases, Bay
City Police arrested: 45 year old Damien R. Jones of Sweeny with resisting arrest, manufacture/ deliver a controlled substance. Police also arrested 23 year old Rolland W. Burnett Jr. of Bay City was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, resisting arrest, manufacture/deliver a controlled substance.
