Last week the Bay City Knights of Columbus, Council 3070, presented a $2000 dollar donation to the Women’s Pregnancy Center of Matagorda County. Under the Knights of Columbus ASAP grant program, the Knights of Columbus Supreme Council will grant an additional $400 to the Women’s Pregnancy Center. The Women’s Pregnancy Center of Matagorda County automatically met the criteria for participation in the ASAP grant program because last year they were the recipient of an ultrasound machine, donated, in part, by the Knights of Columbus Ultrasound Initiative.
