The City of Edna will flush all water lines on Thursday, November 17, beginning at 10:00 p.m. and ending at
2:00 a.m. on Friday, November 18, if all goes according to plan. “Flushing is required by TCEQ and the
City of Edna feels it would be less disruptive by flushing the lines in the middle of the night,” according to Brad Ryan, Director of Utilities.
