The El Campo Police Department is planning for between two and three thousand ghosts and ghouls dropping by the El Campo Civic Center for a safe place to pick up their candy fix under their watchful eye of on Halloween
night, 6:30-8:30 p.m.. Trick or treaters can pick up pre-packaged candies or drinks from booths registered
with the police department.
