The Wharton Lions Club named Sadie Favors as the winner of the Peace Poster Contest. She is an eighth grader at Faith Christian Academy. Her poster will advance to the district contest. The Peace Poster Contest is an annual event held by Lion Club International for children ages 11-13. One grand prize winner and 23 merit winners are chosen each year.
