More volunteers are needed to set up booths and distribute candy at the upcoming Trunk Or Treat Halloween night in the El Campo Civic Center. The El Campo Police Department was hoping to have 30 booths for the little goblins and ghouls to enjoy as they eschew taking to the streets in favor of the safe and well lit inside of the
city’s community center. Right now there are only 20 booths pledged to come and help make the night a memorable one for costumed children from around the area – and thier expecting 2,000 kids. All booths are to be decorated in a Halloween theme appropriate for small children with a focus on fun rather than fright.
