Bay City Police has released the name of a suspect in the Oct. 11th murder of Devante Keishawn Baugh aka “Keke.” 18 year old Jerome Clayton Sandford Jr. is wanted by Bay City Police for his involvement in the incident. Police warn that Sanford has a violent history and should be considered armed and dangerous. Authorities believe Sanford may be in the Wharton County area. Anyone with information on Sanford is urged to call the Bay City Police Department
