A a Wharton man accused of attempted murder violated more than $500,000 in bonds.Twenty-one-year-old Tre Anthony Munoz failed to appear in court on July 5th and was dropped by his bondsman. State troopers arrested Munoz last week and he was booked into the Wharton County Jail. Munoz stands accused of working with two men and two teens to target a Wharton man in 20-20. The five allegedly targeted a home in Wharton, but the four people inside were not the intended target. The home was peppered with bullets, but Wharton police detectives have never said what prompted the dispute. Munoz stands accused specifically of firing a shot into a bedroom window.
