The Bay City Fire Marshal’s Office says while burn bans have been lifted in both the County and City, we ask that residents continue to pay close attention to weather conditions and the surrounding environment before burning and never leave a fire unattended. Reminder, Open Burn is still ILLEGAL in the City and requires a permit from the Fire Marshal’s Office.
