Parachute opened a new plasma donation center in Bay City yesterday. A news release says the donation center offers donors a chance to earn extra money by donating life-saving plasma. Wayne Sharp of Parachute says the U.S. is facing a critical health care crisis and blood plasma shortage. Parachute is focused on improving the donation experience for members, and increasing access to plasma for patients who rely on it.
