The El Campo Independent School District has organized a couple of meetings to talk about the safety of children while they’re in school. One of those meetings is tonight at 6 pm. at Christ Lutheran Church at 1401 Avenue I. The second meeting will be held at the Civic Center, 2350 N. Mechanic St., Monday, July 18th, at 6:00 p.m. in the Myatt room. The district asks, please make every attempt to join us to express your thoughts and concerns, and to be able to ask members of the School Safety & Security committee your questions.
