Hundreds of law enforcement personnel and supporters gathered in the El Campo Civic Center last week to honor the brave men and women who keep the residents safe — according to Leader News. The Wharton County 100 Club hosted the banquet this year along with the 2023 membership meeting. Awards were given to members of Wharton County’s Finest including El Campo Police Sgt. Arnold Terrazas, who was chosen as the
El Campo Police Department’s Officer of the Year.
