The Bay City Independent School District will be hosting a Community Homecoming Pep Rally, Monday, October 17th at 6 p.m. The district will be kicking off Homecoming Week with the pep rally. B-C-H-S will be in their “Character Day” Theme attire for homecoming spirit week. That’s any favorite character from a movie or cartoon. The community is welcome to dress up and join its theme.
