Matagorda County Museum & Gourmet Guys Annual Fundraiser was held recently at the Bay City Civic Center. It was an evening of great food, spirits and support for the county’s museum through silent and live auctions. This year’s theme was “Tastes of Texas—A Tribute to Carnival Foods. Recently appointed Director of
the Matagorda County Museum Cynthia Armstrong was delighted to see the support and participation in this year’s fundraising event. The Museum’s mission is to collect, preserve, protect and provide access to
the county’s unique cultural heritage.
