Nature sparing Texas the wrath of Hurricane Ian doesn’t mean we’re out of the woods yet. Passing the peak of hurricane season Sept. 10th still leaves about two months before hurricane season ends on November 30th.
Keeping prepared for a storm involves keeping fresh water and nonperishable food ready, keeping batteries for radios and flashlights and keeping vehicle fuel tanks at least half full in case evacuation is ordered.
